Complete the workout in your own pace and time. Keep a record of your finish time so the next time you do it, you beat your previous time. Here you are your own competition.

WOD – workout of the day

Beginners:

  • 25 Calorie Row
  • 25 Hand release push ups
  • 50 skips
  • 25 dumb-bell box walkovers
  • 25 skips
  • 50 ft. both shoulders dumb-bell lunge

Advanced:

  • 50 Calorie Row
  • 50 hand release push ups
  • 100 Skips/50 double unders
  • 50 dumb-bell box walkovers
  • 100 skips/50 double unders
  • 50 ft. left arm overhead lunge
  • 50ft. right arm overhead lunge
