1 Push-up a Day

[spacer height=”20px”] So I’ve had a lady on one of my social media accounts ask me how I managed to get to the level of strength and fitness that I’m in currently. She wasn’t very pleased with my response as I told her I started with 1 pushup a day. I further explained that as cliché as that might sound, it’s all true. I was tired of making my teammates take the fall at gym for my incompetence and so I set a goal of 20 unbroken pushups a day, which all started with 1 pushup a day.

Here’s the thing- you need to be patient and willing to put in the work with the understanding that your body is not a machine. It cannot be programmed or change with a snap of a finger…

With all that being said I have decided to share my 1 pushup a day tricks with you.

  1. Write down your goal.
  2. Set a time frame that you know you will follow no matter what. This means matching up your schedule with your goal.
  3. Write down how you will achieve this goal and start.
  4. Record every effort made towards the success of your goal, no matter how little.
  5. Lastly be patient and kind to yourself; and enjoy watching your transformation…
